AppleJo Farms Kid Auction

Simple Terms of AppleJo Farms Nigerian Goat Kid Auction:

1. Each goat kid being sold by Auction on my website, has a Reserve Price. A Reserve Price is the Price the Auction STARTS from. If the Reserve Price is not met, the goat will not be sold on this auction. Each goat kid has its own page with all information about it and the Auction Information for it.
2. I reserve the right to run my auctions as I see fit and declare a No Sale if my terms are not met.
3. All payments consist of a Non-Refundable Deposit of $150.00 made by check & mailed to AppleJo Farms immediately upon purchase/winning the Auction. (Check must be received within 10 days of your purchase/win). If it is not received within 10 days, you lose your winning bid and the next bidder in line gets a chance to buy the goat. 
4. All Deposits are Non-Refundable unless something happens on my end. If the goat becomes unavailable, you will receive your Deposit back. 
5. The balance is due in CASH at pick-up from AppleJo Farms unless you arrange for a transport to pick your goat up.
6. Pick-Up is at 8 weeks promptly. Each day past 8 weeks, results in a $3 per day fee being added to the pick-up balance due.
7. If you want AppleJo Farms to Register your goat with ADGA, the Registration Fee will be added to your final balance due at pick-up. Otherwise, I will fill out Registration Form online or on paper, ready for you to pay for it through ADGA.

How To Join An Active AppleJo Farms Kid Auction:

1. To participate in each Kid Auction you must first send a check made out to JoAnna Mertz in the amount of $25. The $25 is a non-refundable participation fee. If you win the auction, the $25 fee will be applied as a credit toward your purchase at pick-up. Your participation fee must be received before you can participate in the Auction. Mail $25 non-refundable check to: JoAnna Mertz 47 Blue Ridge Dr. Eldon, Mo 65026   Include a piece of paper stating what Auction you wish to bid in, and your full name and address and best contact information including phone/text and email. Text/Email is how you will be contacted if you win the Auction.
2. Each kid for sale in an Auction, has its own page on my website in the KIDS FOR SALE tab. Their page is where you will find the bidding & winner information also.
